The first step involves a detailed understanding of the client objectives, product characteristics and process mapping to arrive at functional and technical specifications. The physical layout is also studied to ensure space constraints can be accommodated. A detailed P&ID is provided as part of the quotation on all bioprocessing requirements.
This entails hand-holding the client through the entire process, including pre-FAT and FAT testing. A kick-off meeting is held to provide inputs for detailed engineering. Based on high level process description agreed with the customer, a functional specification is compiled, containing technical process operations for every unit. Regular coordination is planned between the customer and the Principal team members for project management throughout the life cycle. Comprehensive IQ/OQ/PQ documentation is also provided as per specifications.
This refers to on-site installation and commissioning of the machine. Specialized engineers and biotech professionals from our Principals are personally involved on the ground to facilitate quick start-up times.
Continuous after-sales support is provided through the local BIODIGITAL team, trained specifically by our partners. We have a team of specialists capable of handling different aspects of machine configurations - mechanical, electrical as well as programming logic controls (PLC). 24x7 support on software parameters is also available from our Principals for immediate diagnosis of queries.
